As a Chief of Staff, you will work on strategic initiatives directly with the CEO, including but not limited to operations and fundraising. You will serve as the right-hand person of the CEO, working directly with team leaders as well as important external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Your scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
👉 Overseeing strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of CEO
👉 Leading and mobilizing teams to accelerate the development our our project, in time
👉 Leading and mobilizing teams to accelerate the development our our project, in time
👉 Developing fundraising plan and managing investors relations
👉 Reviewing and executing improvements to organizational structure
👉 Improving current processes and optimizing organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field such as Marketing, finance or economics.
✅ You have at least 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff or Business Management Executive role.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills to work with clients, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders independently. Experience in organizing and directly working with investors with strong negotiation skills.
✅ Able to rotate cash flow to implement short-term projects to feed long-term projects.
✅ Strong leadership skills with outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
✅ Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
✅ Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
